@Isonokami Jinguu shrine is the one of the famous & oldest shrine in Japan. In March many hikers visit here because Isonokami Jinguu shrine is a key spot of a famous hiking way "Yamanobeno-michi", the oldest public load in Japan.

This rabbit is the follower of Isonokami's gods. Moreover, a rabbit is the symbol which shows an east,towards the sun rising. Many old shrines make the rabbit the follower , as for an east.


@Magatama, a comma-shaped bead is one of the treasures of this shrine. Although it was an ancient accessory, it also had the purpose of avoiding evil spirit.
